Our client is a famous fine wine and food provider, which serves the vast majority of five-star hotels and high-end restaurants. It has a diversified product portfolio and numerous brands of products included but not limited to premium and niche meat, high quality condiments together with numerous wine selections from the best vineyards across the globe. With an expanding presence in the market, the company is now looking for a capable Sales Manager to join them. 

Job Description 
As a Sales Manager, you will responsible for the strategic planning to maximize company’s profit, seeking for new business opportunity and developing of new sales channels so as to achieve the sales target. You will enlarge you business network by participating some social networking events, wine tasting and gala dinner. You will also need to handle the quotation and enquiry for your clients to ensure customer satisfaction. 

Requirement 

  • Degree educated with WSET ( Wine and Spirit Education Trust) level 2 or above
  • 5 years or above sales experience in F&B industry with prove track record
  • Less experience will also be considered as Assistant Sales Manager
  • Strong business connection with HORECA ( hotel, restaurants and catering companies) or Wholesales.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
