Role Summary

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and highly successful Sales & Marketing professional to join our team. Reporting directly to the General Manager – Asia Pacific, your core responsibility will be managing accounts and developing new business in a number of Asia Pacific markets including Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Philippines & Indonesia in order to drive growth, sales and brand equity.

 

Responsibilities

·  Securing direct sales to national off-premise key accounts;

·         Securing sales with new distributors in all channels;

·         Developing and implementing business plans;

·         Managing existing accounts;

·    Building & maintaining excellent external and internal relationships;

·         Marketing & trade marketing activities;

·         Reporting; and

·         Undertaking any other duties, as required.

Requirements

·    You will be a proven sales professional in the Asia Pacific region with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in wine, liquor or suitable FMCG. Familiarity with the Australian wine sector will be favorable, as would WSET studies. Tertiary education in business or like discipline is sought.

·    Intermediate MS Office skills in applications such as Word, Excel and Power point is mandatory. Exposure in using internal sales and marketing reporting systems i.e. COGNOS would be ideal.

·  Your outstanding relationship-building ability, strong communication skills and capacity to think strategically and problem-solve will see you succeed in this challenging role. Furthermore, your sound commercial and financial acumen coupled with your exceptional planning and organisational skills will add further to your success.

·    Fluency in English is a must. Fluency in any of the languages of the Asia Pacific Countries listed will be highly regarded.
