L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon is awarded three Michelin stars by the MICHELIN Guide Hong Kong and Macau for eleven consecutive years.

Le Salon de Thé de Joël Robuchon is considered to be one of the best tea salons in town.

The Grand Buffet is located in the only 360° revolving restaurant in Hong Kong and is well-known for its “a-la-minute buffet” concept.

We share the same phenomenal wine cellars with the Lisboa group in Macau which boasts one of the best lists in the world with a wine selection of over 17,000 wine labels. It has been honored with the Wine Spectator’s “Grand Award”.

Responsibilities:

• Provide quality service to guests; ensure smooth operations of work section assigned
• Maintain a smooth and efficient operation at the restaurant
• Understand guest’s needs and deliver excellent service
• Possess and convey effective communication with guests, kitchen and service teams
• Assist in restaurant duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous  2-3 years working experience in food and beverage / hotel industry
• Pleasant, enthusiastic, sincere with positive working attitude
• Possess professional customer service
• Work well in a team, with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
