Your new company 
We represent one of the world most renowned wine & spirits companies. They pride themselves on supplying the world’s most reputable alcohol brands to premium end users. Due to a recent promotion, they are seeking the best in the industry to drive their regional sales team through its next growth phase in Asia Pacific.

Your new role 
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to match with company's growth objectives
  • Presenting the report of progress to the Board, MD and function managers, and assist them with the development of annual plans
  • Develop and maintain client relationship at the Asia Pacific region.
  • Responsible for new team start-up, induction and performance management of employees
  • Control annual budgets with quarterly reviews of all costs, expenditure and performance
  • Leading from the front and being the “head of sales” for premium products
  • Foresee future opportunities in the field and ensure flawless execution to exceed revenue goals and return on investment as well as award profitability.


What you'll need to succeed 
  • Proven experience in general management.
  • Proven record in selling alcohol, beverage or food to distributors
  • Solid APAC exposure
  • Understanding of technical specification
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Charismatic, leadership attitude.
