Our client is a well-known family-oriented club house which provided excellent sport experiences, recreation and dining facilities. They are looking for high calibre candidates to join their F&B Front of House operation. They will offer WINE TRAINING CLASSES to those who have passion in selling wines. (Less wine experiences is also considerate)

Main duties:

• Responsible for running wine shop operation and the systems of the POS
• Reporting to the wine supervisor, ensure the front of house operation is prepared for service
• Responsible for greeting customers, taking order and dealing with any customer requests
• Passion for quality in guest services
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing and fast-paced environments
• Great team player
• Enjoy working in a dynamic and creative environment
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Responsible for the stock replenishment

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant wine sales retail experience
• Self-motivated, well-organized and independent
• WSET 1 certificate is preferred
• Fluent in spoken English; Cantonese/ Mandarin would be an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
