Our client is a fast growing specialty wine company with business in Hong Kong and China which offers personalised fine wine selection and wine management services for its high net worth clientele. They are now looking for a talented Wine Operation Assistant to join their dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Inventory control, record entry and updating
- Coordination and follow up of the wine shipment and delivery from suppliers to customers including Overseas and local logistics
- Perform data entry, analyzing, reporting and management on products and clients’ data in system
- Wine inventory management including stock taking, picking, checking and packing
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by management
Requirements
- F.7/DSE or above
- At least 3 years relevant experience preferably in logistics field
- Proficient in SAP/ERP system operation
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Willing to perform occasional ad hoc duties over the weekend
