Key Duties & Responsibilities


Main roles and responsibilities:

• Be the technical subject matter expert of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform to maximize business results.

• Support marketing campaign executions from requirement gathering, design, forecast, testing, deployment, reporting while adhering to best practices.

• Champion consumer data needs and enhancements that support company strategy.

• Deliver deep consumer insights, segmentation, predictive likelihood to buy analytics, forecast and dashboard that help drive business and consumer experience.

• Manage consumer database for guest segmentation to facilitate digital marketing strategy and decision making.

• In partnership with business to create and maintain personas, segmentation and targeting with up to date consumer data.

• Evaluate new tools/digital platform around B2C to keep our consumer engagement platform relevant and stay at the forefront of digital trend.

• Build a learning agenda in collaboration with business partners, track to that agenda and synthesize results in an easy to digest format for partners.

• Demonstrate success in analyzing trends, creating executive level reports and dashboards, and providing actionable data-driven insights.

• Integrate, structure, and analyze large amounts of consumer data from diverse sources

Key Competencies & KPI


Required Profile:

• Education background: Computer related qualification

• Language: Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese

• 4-6 years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Exact Target) experience, supporting multiple countries within Asia region

• Knowledge of campaign execution best practices, including extending existing functionality, integrating modules, and working with API

• Strong marketing technology background with solid experience on data enrichment by social platforms (E.g: Facebook, Wechat, Instagram, Line, Youtube) or other data sources

• Knowledge of Full Google Analytics Suite with solid experience of creating customized report and conversion measurement
