Specialty Brand Executive (2-Year Contract) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job Purpose:

  • Represent the Specialty Brands portfolio at all touchpoints (internal Pernod Ricard teams, distributors, customers, consumers, media partners, etc.) through trainings and events
  • Drive listing and sales in targeted list of outlets
  • Support implementation of the visibility tools & promotional activities in the partnered outlets
  • Design and implement monthly consumer events, in collaboration with the outlets & influencers

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development

Build database and manage relationship with selected key customers in order to deliver incremental business locally Deliver exceptional services towards “Influential Bar” database Identify opportunities and develop action plan to nurture business to consumer together with customer Monitor closely the Specialty Brands community to identify trade and consumer insights

Brand Advocacy

Ensure excellence in brand visibility and display at all venues and activations Ensure key brand guidelines are well respected in the selected outlets Identify key local “showcasing” opportunities during the year (events, sponsorships…) Develop relationships with key media, influencers, industry experts, and other relevant organizations that can play an instrumental role in building brand reputation and advocacy of our brands

Education & Training

Have sound knowledge of the Specialty Brands portfolio with expertise in brand story, product making and key differentiating qualities Provide continual education of Specialty brand portfolio to both internal (PR salesforce, agencies…) and external (bartenders, influencers, media, consumers…) parties. To convince and convert the target consumer through trial of the product


Manage creation of media content and assets locally Ensure digital media amplification of all activations Be active, timely and relevant in own social media channels to amplify brand activations

Report to Affiliate and PR Asia

Monthly analysis and evaluation of the development of the Specialty Brands Monitor competitor activity and provide timely reporting Be the eye and ear of the market!
