Senior Marketing Manager - Wine & Spirit (China market) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Director, the candidate is responsible for the Western Style Spirit category of China market.
As a key driver to lead the design of the brand positioning and strategy, to articulate, mobilize and put in place the brand strategy from scratch for a greenfield WSS in China
Transform insights and business intelligence into product evolution / innovation strategies and concepts, and to execute them from ideas to launch
Define the strategic objectives & concepts to differentiate the brand & portfolio from the competition
Lead the product portfolio planning and plan for the prelaunch strategies
Working with the design manager, lead the site and consumer experience design that deliver the project objective
Lead the packaging, and brand strategy
Develop superior understanding of the category and competition to create a competitive response model for the brand
Work closely with and develop strong collaboration with government officials and multiple external agencies such as brand communication, packaging & advertising agencies to accomplish the brand objectives

Requirements:

Degree holder in business studies or related disciplines
Minimum 7 years of marketing experience in wine industry with at least 3 years of working experience in China market. Those with strong marketing experiences from Luxury or Beauty industry are most welcome
Candidates located in China with relevant experiences will also be considerated
Proven track record of managing agencies efficiently and respectfully to achieve outstanding execution on time
Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex internal and external structure and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
