Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategy, tactics and sales plans for hotels, clubs, restaurant groups & independent restaurants.
• Managing specific key accounts.
• Delivering sales by developing relationships with business partners and customers.
• Meeting target for the employer upon wine sales and achieving benchmarks for revenue, profitability and sales growth.
• Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
• Act as an ambassador for the company and its beverage brands through wine events, presentations and other business-related promotions.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years in wine business or F&B field.
• A passion for wine is essential and holders of the WSET certificate are preferred.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese.
• Good team player, analytical-minded and good customer service skills.
• Good organizational skills with an ability to manage under pressure and meet targets and deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
