Job Requirements

• To plan and execute annual sales and marketing plan with teh management
• Responsible for annual promotion plans
• Plan, implement and evaluation Mayfair wine events for high net worth clients
• Plan, implement and evaluation internal and external trainings
• Wechat shop (or other e-commerce projects) wine related information and promotional support
• To carry out social media management to promote brand image of the company
• Customer relationship management – including answering sales feedback on wines related, on-site sommelier service at clients’ private events and on-site cellar management
• Product Database Management – ensure database is properly managed and fully utilized internally
• Working experience in Overseas wineries or sommelier or high end hospitality is a priority
• 3-5 years of wine sales and marketing operations or related work experience
• Passion in wines and selling or recommendations; responsible, self-disciplined, persistent work attitude and able to work under stress
• Willing to have business trip including Guangzhou, Shanghai and Beijing occasionally
