Registration Officer (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct wine condition checking and report to Customer Service /Quality Assurance Team
• Prepare reports and data analysis for management review
• Ensure a high level of morale and productivity
• Responsible for photo taking of wines
• Data entry to our database based on the wine information

Job Requirements:

• F.5 graduated or above with basic PC Skills in MS Office
• Interest and talent in photography
• Strong data entry skills with high level of accuracy
• Able to work in high-pressure working environment
• Minimum 1 year working experience, worked wine industry will be an advantage
• Certificate holder of WSET or related courses would be an advantage
• Candidate without relevant experience but show strong interest/willingness to learn data entry/wine industry are also welcome
• Immediately available preferred
