Key job responsibilities include:
- Coordinate quarterly, half yearly and Annual reporting requirements for supply Chain KPI, Cost to Serve and Cash budget for Asia region. Identify root cause areas for weak areas and draw up corrective plans in consultation with affiliates
- Lead coordinator for APAC system user to resolve issues or implement enhancements
- Assist APAC affiliates in understanding of key supply chain issues and resolve problems
- Assist Director to roll out HQ /Regional Projects in areas of operational excellence
- Work closely with HQ and regional OPEX and finance teams
Other requirements include:
- Tertiary education or above, bachelor holder in Supply Chain or related discipline is a plus
- Experience in using supply chain system like SAP is preferrable
- handle the key projects currently under implementation
- o S&OP deployment, Vendor management and tendering and Hub
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
