Job Description

Our client is a global leader in luxury Wine and Spirits. It markets and distributes an unrivalled portfolio of quality and luxury wines and spirits to its premium customers.

We are looking for a PRIVATE CLIENTS MANAGER to join their Hong Kong team to play a key part in business development opportunities and relationship maintenance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop new business opportunities and build relationship with premium customers such as private clients, VIP and High Net Worth Individuals
  • Maintain strong customer relationships for new recruitment
  • Act as brand ambassadors and deliver brand promotion strategies through event hosting and personal introduction
  • Propose brand solutions in line with pricing, visibility and resource parameters

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in sales and client management preferably in luxury sector/ wine and spirits/ hospitality/ food and beverage industry
  • Able to develop sale strategies specific to High Net Worth Individuals and VIP engagement to achieve business targets
  • Strong connection with High Net Worth Individuals and private clients
  • Strong social skills, interpersonal skills, communication skills and presentation skills
  • Excellent implementation skills and negotiation skills
  • Excellent commercial sense and business acumen to drive sales
  • Creative, flexible, self-motivated and independent
