Private Client Account Manager (Asia) will work to provide F+R’s most valuable and key Asian private clientele with an exceptional, tailored, bespoke level of customer service and experience.

Working collaboratively as part of one of Hong Kong’s most innovative, motivated and knowledgeable fine wine sales teams to establish, nurture and develop long-term, high-quality relationships with key fine wine buyers, and assist them in sourcing, drinking and building collections of the world’s greatest wines.

Contributing daily to be a key part of a positive, energetic and consistent fine wine sales team environment, operating from a completely unique, cutting edge fine wine space, HOME HK (https://www.frw.co.uk/homehk).

Person specification:

  • Track record of hitting targets
  • Previous working knowledge of the wine industry
  • Strong fine wine knowledge e.g. WSET to level 3 or above
  • Fluency in a second language would be an advantage
  • Driven / self starter
  • Customer centric
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communications are essential
  • Good at building relationships and an existing client base in Asia are essential
  • Commitment to results

Remuneration is commensurate with experience including, health insurance, staff discounts etc.
