My client is one of the well-known auction houses in Hong Kong. Currently, they are looking for an Operations Manager/ Director to join their growing business.
Job Description:
- Implement and oversee core business operating procedures across the full scope of the business.
- Pro-actively identify areas of improvement, plan and implement new and revised systems to boost company effectiveness and meet company goals.
- Ensure maximize operation efficiency with continuous review and improvement on the operation processes and procedures.
- Coordinate with other team in business development, merchandising and marketing.
- Establish and enhance deployment guidelines for development team to follow.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent in problem solving & leadership skills, proactive and strong sense of responsibility.
- With constantly positive mindset and can-do working attitude.
- Be able to effectively communicate strategies and / or ideas from top management to different levels of audience among the organisation.
- Familiar with the fine wine/ art industry and having knowledge about the Auction industry is definitely an advantage.
- Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
