Operation Manager (Food and Wine Retailer) (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

• MUST have experience of food and beverage import

Description:

• Monitor daily team operations and ensure the projects done smoothly and efficiency by schedule and within budget
• Measure supplier and monitor sales performances
• Work closely with Marketing and Operation Departments
• Develop efficient marketing strategies and lead the team to achieve the sales target

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Purchasing, Sourcing or Merchandising
• Knowledge of product development is preferred
• A good team and multi-tasked player
• Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skill
• Proactive, independent and well-organized
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly in Excel
• Knowledge in POS system will be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage
