Job Position

Marketing Executive

 

Reporting to

Marketing Manager, Hong Kong

 

Job Scope

Junior to Mid-Level role to support the Marketing Manager in developing Corney & Barrow’s brand visibility in Asia through a variety of channels, whilst specifically developing digital marketing aspects

 

Specific Responsibilities

Events

  • Assist with executing all Marketing events.
  • Coordinate all preparations leading to the event day from wine order and delivery, venue booking, supplier’s agenda to booking supplier tickets/hotels if needed etc
  • Monitor and Evaluate post event return on investment

 

Communication

·         Assist in the development of all communication materials and creative collaterals including brochures, leaflets etc.

·         Liaise with appointed external agencies on projects, and third parties, designers, photographers etc.

 

 

Brand Management

  • Assist in putting together a yearly marketing calendar.
  • Arrange weekly internal tasting and bi-monthly training sessions to help the sales team in selling exclusive wine agencies
  • Update wine lists in accordance with actual pricing or wine changes
  • Keep track of all marketing records and reports, as well as digital marketing campaigns
  • Work with Marketing Manager on all projects

 

Social Media/ E-Commerce/Website

  • Assist in the execution of social media campaigns and strategies
  • E-commerce support - e.g. product addition, special offers, order keying where required for C&B website
  • Update all digital materials consistently
  • Monitor daily traffic and database management

N.B - Additional administrative duties as required

 

Requirements

·         At least 2 years’ experience in PR/Communication/Marketing or related experience – preferably within the wine industry or luxury brand

·         Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing (html coding is a plus)

·         Knowledge of and proficiency in design software/Photoshop

·         Prior experience with website content and design

·         Possess good networking / relationship building skills

·         Ability to work independently as well as a good team player

·         Organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated and pro-active

·         Proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

·         Analytical skills required to compile
