MARKETING & BRAND MANAGER

 

We are looking for a talented Marketing & Brand Manager to help us in our initial start-up phase of an exciting new venture! The role will be set within a dynamic and fast-paced environment and will involve developing strategies and tactics to communicate ‘brand’ Nimbility, building our position as the top thought-leadership company for the beverage industry in Asia and driving new clients to connect with us. In addition to building the Nimbility brand, the role will involve developing and generating strategies that grow the market share and reputation of our client’s brands, improving customer experience and driving growth throughout the Asia region.

 

               Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop 3-year brand strategies and plans to support revenue growth.
  • Brand Plan execution and evaluation of all brand activities and results vs. plan objectives , efficiency of spend and internal/external feedback
  • Tracking of brand shipments, commissions and success fees Brand A&P budgeting and tracking
  • Setting and tracking importer sales targets
  • Preparation of monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual reports, depletions & analysis for brands as required
  • Establish a calendar of brand activities by market, channel and region throughout the calendar year with relevant budgets all mapped out and approved
  • Montitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunites and key issues
  • Brainstorming new and innovative growth strategies for brands.
  • Develop company marketing strategy & execution of that strategy.
  • Plan engaging website and blog content that attracts and converts our target groups.
  • Develop company social media strategy, calendar establishment & execution.
  • Events Management.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.
  • Manage company marketing budget and allocate/invest funds wisely.
  • Meaure and report performace of marketing strategies, gain insight and assess against goals.

             Essential Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Proven track record of experience as a Marketing and/or Brand Manager for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Wine knowlege- WSET L2 required, WSET L3 preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Solid knowlege of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics)
  • Numerical literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and priorise work.
  • A self-starter, able to be left to own devices, make decisions and acheive results.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
  • Analytial skills.
