Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of strategic brand management and marketing activation activities.
  • Act as an interface with Local Business Units and external agencies as required to assist the Brand Director in executing marketing initiatives and programs.
  • Facilitate Best Practice Management within the region, through the maintenance of an update, accessible and quality Regional Marketing Library re brand related materials, advertising, competitor activity, best practices etc. (i.e. Key resource for team).
  • To seek, create and coordinate opportunities to promote best practice sharing.
  • Provide support to Brand Director as required with regards to information management and analysis, presentation development and reporting.
  • Liaise where necessary with the key Pernod Ricard Brand Owners regarding information exchange on key brands and projects. Assist regional marketing training programs.
  • Local market support.
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Skills / Qualifications / Experience:

  • Bachelor Degree in Business or similar
  • 4+ years of experience in Strategic Brand Management &Marketing in international FMCG corporations
  • Market experience in Asia especially Mainland China is a plus
  • Solid end-to-end marketing experience from concept development, ATL production to go-to-market activation
  • Strong communication, presentation skill and ability to influence key stakeholders in market and in region
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and drive for innovation
  • Strong ownership and excellent project management skill to gatekeep key milestones
  • Strong analytical skill and ability to turn insights into meaningful actions
  • Ability to navigate effectively within organization and clarify uncertainties
  • Ability to rapidly adopt and implement changes
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English as well as Mandarin
