Host/Hostess (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Responsibilities:

• Perform and manage reception duties
• Manage reservations, greet guests cordially, plan table placements and escort customers to their tables
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Handle customer contact politely and report guest complaints to Operations Managers as appropriate
• Assist in restaurant duties as assigned by Operations Managers and create a collaborating team

Requirements:

• Relevant working experience is preferred, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Excellent guest interaction skills
• Good communication skills in English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Guest oriented and a good team player
• Energetic, passionate, presentable and polite attitude
