Your new company is seeking a Brand Manager to join the Wine team. The Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to drive profitability for the wine portfolio and work with different teams.

Your new role

• Develop and implement brand strategies for our commercial wine portfolio
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our commercial wine brands
• Collaborate with the Sales team to develop and implement customer-specific marketing programs
• Manage the brand budget and ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of brand programs and adjust strategies as needed
• Work closely with the Trade Marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the wine or beverage industry, FMCG background is a MUST
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• WSET qualification is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Must be fluent in English and Chinese
