About the Client

Our client is one of the leading FMCG brands in Hong Kong. In order to cope with their expanding business, they are now seeking an Associate Sales Director to further develop the beverage business for Hong Kong and Macau.

About the Role

  • Develop strategies and to manage sales forecast for multiple categories to achieve sales targets for the assigned sales channels
  • Build and maintain a long-term business relationship for each existing sales channels
  • Conduct business development and further explore new sales channels (targeting hospitality catering sector for 2020)
  • Lead a sales team with 10+ headcounts
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated in market intelligence


  • Degree holder in Business Administration or any related disciplines
  • Minimum of 10 years of Modern Trade plus General Trade management experience in the FMCG market.
  • Sales candidates from the Wine and Spirits industry will be an advantage
  • Good numerical sense, confident and result-driven character
  • Solid track record in sales management and key account management
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
