Job Description

A market leader in the wine & spirits industry is looking for an Assistant Sales Manager to support their channel account management. You will be joining a young and energetic team to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales objectives and targets for assigned key channel accounts
  • Build strong and positive relationships with clients
  • Formulate and develop sales and promotion initiatives to drive sales
  • Identify business opportunities and increase product visibility and channel penetration
  • Carry out market and competitor research

Requirments

  • A bachelors' degree from business administration, marketing, or other related fields
  • No less than 3 years of sales and account management experience, preferably in alcoholic/beverage/FMCG
  • Experience in western on-trade/ traditional on-trade/ nightlife channels is an advantage
  • Strong in interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Be self-driven, motivated, and open-minded
  • Good command in Chinese and English, written and verbal
