Assistant Brand Manager, Wine & Spirits (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Job Duties:

  • Support the Brand Manager to drive the assigned brand portfolio in term of sustainable growth in brand equity/synergy market share, and profitability
  • Coordinate with agency on consumer research and help translate into Brand Marketing strategy and plans
  • Engage agencies, and follow through the implementation of market activation plans, POSM, digital and PR campaigns with minimal supervision
  • Handle A&P management, ROI trackingm and other market trends reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments from Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, to IT etc in Hongkongm as well as connecting proactively with Greater China marketing counterparts to maximize synergy


  • University graduate major in Business, Marketing, or equivalent
  • About 4-5 years brand marketing experience with FMCG products with track record to manage brands / campaigns independently with good results
  • Demonstrates solid experience involving above-the-line, blow-the-line, and new product launches ideally with large brands
  • Good business acumena and number driven
  • Knowledge with wines & spirits is not required but rather an appreciation for quality, luxury and brands would be essential
