Supply Chain Specialist (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

We are currently looking for an Supply Chain Specialist in Hong Kong Office. The position will assist the Senior Supply Chain Manager in ensuring stable and smooth supply of products according to department procedure.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Get the latest market demand from Senior Supply Chain Manager and work with regional supply chain team to ensure optimized volume will be supplied.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure products are transported to market. Prepare report to animate status to business stakeholders.
• Liaise with regional supply chain team to monitor shipping schedule and product inbound timing.
• Communicate with regional supply chain team and Maisons to arrange shipment in case ad hoc adjustment is required.
• Coordinate with 3PL to prepare and submit import permit and monitor the accuracy and performance of 3PL.
• Work closely with 3PL to ensure all processes are properly and legitimately executed
• Handle re-export process of goods from Hong Kong to Macau
• Maintain and update product master information in SAP
• Support Senior Supply Chain Manager to prepare ad hoc report

Language

• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Professional experience & know how

• At least 3 years’ of relevant experience (shipment/ logistics/supply chain operation) in related fields (Luxury Retail / Entertainment / FMCG/ F&B)
• Experience in dutiable goods handling including import permit and custom clearance, and familiarization with SAP is an advantage.
