About the job

Key Responsibilities - Product Development & Innovation

  • Lead New Product Development (NPD) projects for OEM and private label customers.
  • Develop innovative wine and spirits products based on customer requirements, market trends, and consumer preferences.
  • Translate customer concepts into product specifications, technical briefs, and commercialization plans.
  • Identify market opportunities and create differentiated product offerings.
  • Drive product innovation initiatives to expand the company's OEM portfolio.
  • Lead product development from concept creation through commercial launch.

Experience

Essential

  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in wine, spirits, alcoholic beverages, OEM manufacturing, winery operations, contract bottling, or related industries.
  • Proven experience in product development and innovation.
  • Hands-on experience in wine blending and formulation development.
  • Experience managing customer-facing development projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in manufacturing environments.

Preferred

  • Winery or commercial winemaking experience.
  • Bulk wine processing experience.
  • OEM / Private Label product development experience.
  • Wine bottling or spirits bottling industry experience.
  • International customer management experience.
  • Experience launching new wine or spirits products into commercial markets.
  • Wine judging, tasting panel, or sensory evaluation experience.
