Our client is looking for an experienced Sales and Business Development lead to expanding the sales channels in HK. They've business across the globe, and it has strong business partners across Europe and China.

Based in HK, you will be responsible for leading the sales and comprehensive business development strategy and implementation to capitalize on business opportunities. As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Develop & implement company-wide business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control, identify & develop new business opportunities
  • Develop and manage Key Account, General Trade, HoReCa, on/off-trade channels and ensure execution excellence across the sales function
  • Partner with external vendor and build an e-Commerce website
  • Prepare marketing material and organize marketing events for promotion
  • Formulate and drive annual business plan with a good understanding of market dynamics
  • Strike a good balance of interest between company and customers/trade Partners, a good knowledge of market dynamics
  • Efficiently spend and monitor sales expense budget to maximize the profit
  • Prepare and evaluate sales report for business insight & development

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Degree and have 5 or more years of Sales and Marketing Management experience in the Wine and Spirits sector
  • Solid knowledge of wine-related business in the HK market with a good understanding in social media and eCommerce
  • Holder of WSET qualification is an advantage, with a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial mentality
  • Excellent command of written & spoken English and Cantonese

Salary: HK$500000 - HK$720000 per annum
