Wine Shop Sales Executive (5 days) (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

Full Time

Responsibilities:

· Physical organisation of the shop and maintain its tidiness, cleaningness and image

· Sales of wines and other products with confidence and knowledge

· Customer service after wine sales with inputting information and purchase details

· Keep track of inventory needs for weekly ordering

· Assist with monthly stocktake

· Assist with learning of wine

· Assist with tasting events

· Take and give instructions constructively

· Adhere to grooming and dress code standards

Requirements:

· Must be fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese prefer but not necessary

· WSET Level 2 / CMS Certified or higher or self-taught to same levels of knowledge

· One year experience in wine retail industry or restaurant/bar industry
