Our client is a luxury retail company, they are now seeking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their Brand Marketing Team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement go-to-market and brand strategy to achieve business objectives
- Plan and execute product launch plan, promotions activities, digital and social media campaigns, etc. to enhance the brand awareness
- Utilize the digital platforms and technologies and implement digital activation
- Develop training materials for sales team to provide training and coaching to promoters and sales associates
- Plan and manage A&P budget and allocation for assigned category
- Work closely with agencies on development of marketing collaterals, promotion materials, leaflets, posters, etc., ensure align with brand guidelines and directions
- Collaborate with supply chain team to ensure sufficient inventory and stock for sales activity
- Conduct market trends and competitive to obtain market insight and business opportunities and provide recommendation for management review
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business or related disciplines
- 3 -5 years brand management experience in Luxury goods / Wines & Spirits / Hospitality / Entertainment / FMCG is highly preferable
- Strong business acumen with excellent numerical and analytical skills
- Strong passion in wine & spirits
- Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Outgoing and energetic candidate
