Job Description
- Assist the Wine Cellar Manager to supervise the day-to-day service of the Wine Cellar, offer restaurant table services and support wine retail sales.
- Solid relevant experience gained in high-end hotels, private clubs, or free-standing restaurants.
- Holder of relevant beverage and wine qualifications such as WSET.
- Good command of both spoken English and Cantonese.
