Responsibilities:
- Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target
- Formulate and implement the sales strategy and business develop plan
- Coach, training, supervise and motivate the team members
- To plan annual sales budget, formulate and deliver the sales plans achieving company's business target & objectives
- Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify critical areas to improve sales growth and strengthen the existing business.
- Identify and explore opportunity to expand business growth
- Coordinate with Marketing team for promotion activities.
- Implement promotional activities such as wine tasting events and trade exhibitions
- Maintain close relations with existing customers and develop new customers by widening distribution network
- Collect market intelligence and research
Requirements:
- University graduate
- 5 Years working experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Good understanding of wine knowledge and with wine trainings like WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar would be an advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and Leadership skills
- Initiative, aggressive, responsibility, result oriented and self-motivated
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
- Good PC skill and Microsoft applications
