Executive Manager (Wine Division) (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales team to achieve the sales target
• Formulate and implement the sales strategy and business develop plan
• Coach, training, supervise and motivate the team members
• To plan annual sales budget, formulate and deliver the sales plans achieving company's business target & objectives
• Monitor and analyze weekly and monthly sales reports to identify critical areas to improve sales growth and strengthen the existing business.
• Identify and explore opportunity to expand business growth
• Coordinate with Marketing team for promotion activities.
• Implement promotional activities such as wine tasting events and trade exhibitions
• Maintain close relations with existing customers and develop new customers by widening distribution network
• Collect market intelligence and research

Requirements:

• University graduate
• 5 Years working experience in F&B or hospitality industry
• Good understanding of wine knowledge and with wine trainings like WSET (Wine & Spirit Education Trust) or similar would be an advantage
• Good interpersonal, communication and Leadership skills
• Initiative, aggressive, responsibility, result oriented and self-motivated
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good PC skill and Microsoft applications
