We are currently seeking for Wine Captain position, with a fun and positive personality to join our floor teams. Passionate for quality and positive attitude is a must. Applicants will join a team of very motivated people, delivering great service experiences.

Job Description

• Assisting the Head Sommelier (Wine Service, Daily/Monthly Inventory)
• Taking care of aperitif order (Upselling glass of champagne or wine by the glass..)
• Replacing the Head Sommelier during off day
• Taking care of the Wine material clearness
• Being able to take care and explain the wine pairing to the guest
• Taking care of a station as a food captain (Menu explanation, Table side service)

Requirements

• At least 3 years experience in fine dining and Michelin Star experience
• WSET level 3 certificate
• Flexibility and availability to work on a Food and Beverage operation, Restaurant operating hours.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Immediately available is an advantage
