A wine shop in Central district is looking for an experienced wine shop sales assistant with a minimum of one year experience in F&B industry or wine shop environment

RESPONSIBILITIES

·        Assist the shop manager to carry out effective day-to-day operation of the store and keep a nice and tidy environment

·        Work with the team to achieve various sales targets, ensuring a consistently high level of customer service is delivered to all customers  

·        Ensuring home deliveries, when required, are completed in a timely fashion and the delivery schedule is communicated effectively with the head office

·        Ensure all products are displayed in the best manner, priced correctly and implement Price Change Memos accurately and in a timely fashion 

·        Good knowledge in using EPOS system

·        Strong wine knowledge to handle customer queries in a confident and appropriate fashion

·        Willing to work late shifts from 2-10:30 pm

Ideal Candidates should possess the following qualifications:

·        Form 5 or above

·        Minimum 1 year of work experience in a wine shop retail environment

·        Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin

·        WSET Level 2 or above would be an advantage

·        Work experience in the F&B industry 

·        Sales presentation and communications skills

·        Outgoing and friendly personalities with good manners

·        Hardworking and a strong team player

A competitive remuneration package of basic salary plus allowance will be offered to the right candidate. Other benefits include MPF, medical insurance, 10 days annual leave and a discretionary performance bonus.  Please indicate your last salary in the application.
