Our client is one of leading company in the industry. They are looking for strong candidate to join their team expansion in Hong Kong. 

Responsibilities:

  • To service, develop and manage a portfolio of trade & private clients in line with the Brand
  • Build a strong partnership and close relationships with trade & private clients
  • Work with marketing team to create programs and events
  • Manage trade & private clients’ sales growth and profitability in line with BU/entity objectives
  • Contribute and implement an annual business plan taking into all levels of growth: commercial agreements, sales actions, education, retail opportunities, profitability, trade terms, etc.
  • Monitor the clients’ performance against business plan and develop alternative strategies when needed
  • Communicate critical business information to the appropriate internal contacts for action
  • Work with Sales Director to help devise and develop corporate sales strategy for the company
  • Collaboration with the other sales team members
  • Any other tasks as assigned by reporting manager 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years client facing sales experience with event sales management experience is a plus, candidate with less sales experience but coming from similar industry background will also be considered
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, hospitality, communication or marketing is desirable
  • Fluent in written and spoken in English, Mandarin and Cantonese, able to write and read in Simplified Chinese is a plus
  • Assertive with multi-tasking skills
