Job Overview

Maintain smooth and efficient operation of the wine section.

Responsibilities

  1. Check the cleanliness and tidiness of the wine section according to the check list.
  2. Maintain smooth and efficient operation of the wine section.
  3. Check the all equipments are in good condition
  4. Arrange mise-on-place procedure and daily re-set up after meal period end.
  5. Monitor assistants & casual labour service standards.
  6. Conduct on-the-job training to all assistants & casual labour.
  7. Possess and constantly improve knowledge of the menu and ensure all meal orders are served timely and correctly.
  8. Prepare the bill accurately and arrange bill settlement with submit all revenue & cost report.
  9. Report complaints & comments to supervisor.
  10. Responsible monthly stock taking and record.
  11. Carry out any other duties requested by Management.

Requirements

  1. Secondary school graduate or above.
  2. Minimum 7 years relevant experience.
  3. Basic knowledge in food hygiene.
  4. Good command of spoken English and Cantonese / Putonghua.
