Summary of Role:
This is an assistant role to the Special Projects Manager who leads The Flying Winemaker’s annual Rosé Revolution event series. The role will support the organization, execution, and promotion of Rosé Revolution, along with other smaller scale events throughout the calendar year. The applicant must have an interest in wine, good communication skills, great telephone manner and a positive and creative energy. This is an opportunity to work in a close and dynamic team at an innovative wine company that likes to think outside of the box.
Required skills:
- University degree
- WSET Level 2 minimum
- Excellent written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
- A social personality with good networking skills is an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Coordinate Rosé Revolution and other wine events
- Recruit project partners: producers, wineries, sponsors, distributors, media, etc
- Assist in developing new ideas and marketing strategies
- Co-host wine events
- Assist with social media and content creation
