Sommelier (Wine Jobs: Wine Retail & Sommelier)

• Maintain professional served beverage/ dining experience in line with the Lai Sun Dining of excellence of quality,
• Introduce a wine menu and offer wine pairing service with exceptional storytelling to the guests
• Monitor the wine costs and inventory level
• Develop and update the wine list
• Perform any related duties as assigned by the supervisor 

Job Requirement

• Certificate or above in Food & Beverage, Hospitality Management, or related disciplines with retaining related wine certifications 
• 3 years of Food & Beverage working experience; Fine-dining will be advantageous 
• Strong wine knowledge and stock control and ability to develop and implement wine activities
• Good communication, guest service, and training skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
