Responsibilities:
- Participate in business growth activities including strategy setting, marketing, sales and customer care.
- Provide leadership and direction through the site leadership to ensure the annual business plan, including P&L and balance sheet objectives, as well as customer satisfaction requirements are achieved.
- Actively partner with regional and global leadership, to have a strong influence on the operations and strategy of the team.
- Have oversight on the office operation to attain desirable profit-making result.
- Build company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations and employees to enforce ethical business practices.
- Ensure that all activities and operations performed follow local legislations and laws governing business operations.
- Monitor forecasts and budgets in accordance to the KPIs set by Management.
- Monitor and report market conditions and competitive activities to provide recommendations for development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any discipline, preferably in Business / Marketing major
- 8-10 years’ sales/business development experience in Wine business
- Sound analytical and strategic / entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent people management and negotiation skills
- Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
