Summary of Role:
The chosen candidate will fill an assistant role in the E-Commerce department and will report directly to the E-Commerce Manager. The candidate will be involved in the day to day operations of the website and so must be comfortable with different software programs and have excellent organisation skills. They will be involved in planning digital campaigns and so must be creative and possess the ability to articulate new ideas effectively.
Required skills:
- University degree in a relevant field, Marketing is an advantage
- 3-5 years work experience; experience in markets other than Hong Kong is an advantage
- Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
- Must be tech-savvy
- A willingness to learn is a must
- Wine knowledge is an advantage, an interest in wine is a must.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Experience with CRMs is an advantage
- Fluency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin is an advantage
Main responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the website and online store to ensure consistency and relevance
- Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth operation and fulfilment of orders
- Alongside the E-Commerce Manager, continually analyse and suggest improvements to the online UX for improvement
- Work closely with the E-Commerce Manager to continually improve and maintain the group's digital presence - including strategy design and implementation of promotional sales to generate revenue
- Provide customer service to inquiring customers when necessary
- Assist the Community Executive with executing relevant digital campaigns
