Job Description:
- Perform and ensure smooth daily operations and efficient productivity of the bar area to maximize profit and guest satisfactions
- Manage the bar operations by leading a small team and monitoring disciplines and rostering as well as quality service delivery, monitoring stock levels, and enforcing standard operating procedures
- Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
- Possess exceptional knowledge of the menu and beverage list and ensure all customer orders are served timely and correctly
- Work with the team for designing and creating signature recipes for drinks based on seasonality and customer's preferences
- Demonstrate the menu to guests with solid knowledge and understanding of F&B items. Venue identity and concepts
- Recognize guests’ requests and deliver excellent bar service with a strong sense of hospitality and passions proactively
You should be:
- 5 years or above and relevant working experience
- Strong leadership, discipline and has a strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent interpersonal skills and team Spirit, self-motivated, cheerful and service-oriented
- Excellent knowledge of various kinds of alcohols and wine
- Good communication in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin a plus
