Associate Sales Director - Wine and Spirits (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:

  • Leading the sales team to achieve and exceed the sales target and keep market share
  • Taking P&L responsibility of the BU
  • Client relationship building with VIC and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Business development with new clients and accounts
  • Work closely with HQ buying team
  • Timely inventory control
  • Cross function cooperation with merchandising team and marketing team
  • Talent Development and retail training

Requirements:

  • At least 8 years in Wine & Spirits sales sector, open to candidates from both brand and distributor sides
  • Strong in business development and account servicing
  • Must be a strong team leader with proactive mindset
  • Purchasing background is required
  • Solid exposure in fine wine is highly preferred
  • Fluent in English (Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus)
  • Junior candidate will be considered as Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager
