Responsibilities:
- Leading the sales team to achieve and exceed the sales target and keep market share
- Taking P&L responsibility of the BU
- Client relationship building with VIC and maintain high client satisfaction
- Business development with new clients and accounts
- Work closely with HQ buying team
- Timely inventory control
- Cross function cooperation with merchandising team and marketing team
- Talent Development and retail training
Requirements:
- At least 8 years in Wine & Spirits sales sector, open to candidates from both brand and distributor sides
- Strong in business development and account servicing
- Must be a strong team leader with proactive mindset
- Purchasing background is required
- Solid exposure in fine wine is highly preferred
- Fluent in English (Cantonese & Mandarin is a plus)
- Junior candidate will be considered as Senior Sales Manager or Sales Manager
