Bartender (Bar & Restaurant in Alexandra House) (R1230-Bar-AMI)

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare alcoholic & non-alcoholic beverages, and cocktail with mixed ingredients
  • Adhere to all standards of opening & closing procedures
  • Perform stock take and monitor the inventory level of liquor, wine, spirits and bar related supplies to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain adequate stock level for smooth bar & restaurant operations
  • Monitor the cleanliness & tidiness of the bar area to ensure full compliance to the safety and sanitary requirements
  • Ensure that all food & beverages service is provided in an efficient and pleasant manner in order to guarantee our guests with enjoyable and pleasant experience

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Experience in creating new cocktails with the use of new products / ingredients
  • Knowledge in whisky & wine is a definite advantage
  • Team player, outgoing, confident and dynamic personality with positive mindset
  • Good command of English & Cantonese. Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
