An exciting job opportunities arise at the LRC! Our Gourmet 10, a brand new deli and wine shop where offers wine, cheeses, cold cuts, pastries, cakes, bread and a variety of grocery items was opened in June 2017. Currently we are looking for a retail counter service assistant in the wine section.
Responsibilities
• Give advice about wine selection
• Work quickly and accurately to maximize sales
• Keeping eating and serving areas clean and tidy
• Operate POS systems and payment machines
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
Requirements
• Retail sales experience in wine essential
• A high level of personal hygiene and a smart appearance
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good numeracy skills to handle POS systems and stock
• Ability to follow health and safety practices
• WSET 1 preferred
• Good spoken English
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Polite and friendly manner
