Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare high standard drinks to guests
- Maintain safety and sanitation requirement of the bar area
- Plan, develop and monitor internal control system to ensure effective cost and wastage control, and efficient resources utilization
- Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks or complaints when necessary; build and maintain strong relationship and loyalty with customers
Job Requirements:
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is preferred
- Passionate about wine and with solid wine knowledge
