Requirements:

• At least five years’ experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong hands-on experience in all types of beverage preparations and in stock control.
• Sound service experience with a passion for providing quality service and building customer relationships.
• Good wine and beverage knowledge and an ability to lead a team of staff and conduct staff training.
• Good command of spoken English with an outgoing personality and a team player mindset.
