You will:
- Greet and serve our Members and their guests in a professional manner
- Recommend to members the best possible and suitable wines to complement the food
- Creating and updating the wine list in coordination with executive chef and restaurant manager
- Manage wine inventory and storage issue
You should have:
- A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience in prestigious hotels or restaurants with 2 years in a same position, plus Broad knowledge of tableside service, food, wine, beer, and liquor
- Accredited international wine master certification
- Minimum of Advance WSET and or Certified Sommelier from the Court of Master Sommelier
- Good knowledge of all products and specifications (vintages, grape varietals, correct blends, pricing)
- Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts and team members
- Good communication skills in both English and Chinese

工作性質:
- 迎接和招待會員及其客人
- 根據會員的喜好及菜式種類推薦最佳的餐酒搭配
- 與總廚和餐廳經理協調, 從而創建和更新酒單
- 負責餐酒庫存及存放事宜
入職要求:
- 至少有五年於著名酒店/會所餐廳餐飲經驗,當中兩年擔任類似職位,並且對餐桌服務,菜式,餐酒,啤酒和烈酒具有廣泛的了解
- 經認證的國際餐酒大師認證
- WSET或認證侍酒師
- 熟悉所有餐酒種類和規格(年份,葡萄品種,價格)
- 良好的溝通和人際關係技巧。
- 良好的中英文溝通能力
