Sales Manager - On trade (5 day works) (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Responsibilities:
Capable to develop new potential accounts and increase sales volume in on off-trade customers including hotels, restaurant, bars and retail shops, etc. within company guidelines

Maintain good relationships and sales with existing accounts.

Maintain profitable margins of sale within company policy

Conduct training for all the active accounts to maintain and develop further business opportunities.

Achieve monthly/ annual sales target

Arrange local tasting and marketing events, e.g. wine dinners, wine exhibitions, etc. for wineries when in Hong Kong

To have sufficient knowledge in all company products and have a clear concept in pricing structure

To provide regular (weekly, monthly and ad hoc) feedback of sales activities to the Director

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years working experience in Wine Industry

WSET Level 2 or above

A good team player with an outgoing, responsible and self-motivated personality with dynamic work attitude

Strong sales, marketing, key account and distributor management skills.

Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Immediately available is highly preferred.

Candidate with less experience would be considered as Sales Executive.
