• Ensure achievement of the Counters & Boutique sales and targets from daily to monthly basis and of corporate objectives,
• Ensure realization of the following administrative tasks: stock management, planogram check, promotional plan communication and briefing
• Follow up incentive plans to achieve retail objectives
• Prepare a monthly report for the Counters & Boutique sales
• In charge of a team of sales, with daily retail briefing.
• Manage and motivate all the team members on a daily & long term basis using retail management tools
• Lead by example and achieve high quality personal sales
• Participate in building a training schedule and coordinating the presence of the teams in relation to this schedule.

The Successful Applicant

• At least 4-5 years' experience in Luxury Retail at a supervision levelwith strong sales track record
• Degree Holder, mandarin/Cantonese & English speaker is a must.
• Strong in leadership and in people management,
• Experience in managing effective teams,
• A result-driven achiever with ambition, motivation and dynamism
